So disappointed

My son loves Planes Fire and Rescue, so I decided to pony up the $5 to buy all the in app options. We were going to on a long plane ride and I thought this would be a great surprise for him. I tried downloading it at home, and it kept getting stuck at 50% downloaded. When we got to the hotel, later that night, I could only get it to 45% download. On the plane ride, he was sad that he could only listen to the first 3 chapters of the story, but was luckily distracted by apps that I was able to download. Once we got to our destination, I tried to download it one last time, and it wouldnt get past 50%.
I contacted Apple and was given a refund. I expected much more from a Disney app. Thank you Apple for the awesome customer service :)
