The full story is only available as an in-app purchase which cannot be shared via a family account. There should have been a way to buy the whole book that was family shareable.

Decent app, but if you pay for the full game, the download freezes every time. Which corrupts the app, making it unplayable. Searching online, I see this problem has been going on since the last update, which was September 2014. Do not buy any upgrades for this app unless you want to wait for a refund!

I bought the full upgrade and tried many times to download content but the servers are down and downloading is impossible.

We have been trying to load this app for DAYS! It will not load pst 63%. Total bummer for my 4 year old who really wants to finish the story.

I havent played the game yet but looking at the reviews Im kinda thinking I should reconsider

I have typed a review already I promise like 4-5 times and it keeps getting erased and knocking me off so Im done trying but ITS GREAT APP I LOVE IT I BOUGHT IT FOR MY NEPHEW BUT HE HASNT GOT TO PLAY IT YET I HAVE BEEN PLAYING IT ALOT THOUGH AND I AM A GROWN UP SO I THINK MITS GREAT FOR ALL AGES BUT SOME HOW MY ICON GOT DELETED SO HOW CAN I GET IT BACK ON MY BACKGROUNDS WHERE ALL MY APPS ARE SO I DONT HAVE TOMPULL THE GAME UP EVERYTIME TO OPEN IT BC I BOUGHT THIS FOR $4.99 AND I DO NOT WANNA HAVE TO GO HUNT THE GAME DOWN EVERY TIME AND I BOUGHT IT FOR MY NEPHEW SO I NEED THE APP TO SHOW UP WHERE ALL THE OTHER APPS ARE SO MY OVER 2 &1/2YR OLD NEPHEW CAN SEE THE PLANES FIRE AND RESCUE APP AND CLICK ON IT SO HE CAN PLAY IT AND I PAID $4.99 PLUS TAX WITCH IDK HOW MUCH BC THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ME MY FREAKING RECIEPT SO I CAN WRITE IT DOWN IN MY DEPOSIT BOOK SO I CAN KEEP UP WITH IT BUT MY NEPHEW LOVES THE PLANES MOVIE AND HAS THE LIL PLAY PLANES YOU CAN BUY AND I NEED THE LIL APP TO SHOW UP SO HE CAN SEE IT AND KNOW ITS THERE AND WANNA PLAY IT BC I DIDNT JUST SIT THERE AND PAY OVER $5 DOLLARS TO BE WASTING MONEY I ONLY DID IT FOR MY NEPHEW & NOW THERE IS NO PLANES FIRE AND RESCUE APP SO I CANT SEE IT OR FIND IT AND NEITHER CAN MY NEPHEW AND THATS THE WHOLE REASON I BOUGHT IT WAS FOR HIM BUT I HAVE NO ICON APP FOR HIM TO SEE TO KNOW I BOUGHT IT FOR HIM SO HE CAN PLAY IT SO CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW I CAN GET THE LIL PICTURE APP ICON THINGY BACK TO SHOW UP SO I CAN CLICK ON IT TO PLAY IT WHENEVER I WANT TO PLAY IT??? Bought & was charged for full version - but content will not download

My son enjoyed the game and the book. So we downloaded the app but it kept saying download failed. Dont pay money for it!!

I cant tell you how irritating it is when a company like Disney goes the IAP route and then when you DO pay for the "full experience" ($4.99), it never gets past 12% download. Unfortunately, this is Disney, so there wont be anyone to contact, and they wouldnt care even if we could. Did whoever wrote this app for Disney ever try downloading the extras to see how that would go?

The story is good but you dont get to play for very long until you have to buy the full version.

My 4-year old grandson likes the story although most of the activities are a bit over his head. I paid the $4.99 to unlock the whole app but all I get is Download Failed messages.
