Still doesnt work. Why make apps if they dont work?

The sound quit working on my phone after the last update. Ive deleted and uploaded it several times. Please help. My kid loves this one. I have "Planes Full Experience." Ill give it five stars if you can fix the sound.

App will not fully download even though I paid.

Downloaded it in January and my boys (ages 3+5) still play with it!

It just doesn’t work. It gets stuck “Downloading Content” or it gives an error message. Can’t play half the games because the content won’t download. After paying $4.99 for an app, I would expect it to work completely.

Unless you like your kid screaming every time they try and play this app, dont buy. Content doesnt stay synced and when you try and reload it locks up.

Disney please fix this app. No sound even after deleting and reloading several times. My son still likes it even without the sound hence the extra star.

Title says it all. Kind of a bummer

I bought it in my iPhone 5, watched it once, now switched to iPhone 6 plus and it is telling me I need to buy it again. Also no sound on the iPhone 6 plus!

Just like it says. We bought the whole game (4.99). We got the puzzles and pop up book options but the main story wont download and no updates to fix!!!! Get it right guys!

Bought the full app but cannot download! Crap- dont bother.

Worked fine under iOS 7. Just updated to iOS 8 and now goes black after Disney splash screen. We love this game. Please fix.

My son loves this game so I downloaded it on my phone, my husbands phone and my daughters iPad. I also paid $4.99 for the entire package and was able to "restore purchases" in each device so that I wouldnt have to pay each time for their devices. My son just got an iPad and I found the app in our iCloud under "purchased apps". After downloading the app, I tried to "restore purchases" (as I have done on all previous devices) but, to no avail, it wont work. I keep getting a pop-up that says "no in-app purchases to restore", yet, the app is limited as a lite module. Not sure if this is a bug that the app creator needs to fix or if its an issue that needs resolved personally. I have no way of contacting the creator so I am writing this review in hopes to have someone reach out to me. Please list contact info so I may be able to give my email address.

Paid the $4.99 for the full version but it wont download! Very frustrating. I wouldnt waste your money on something that wont even work after youve paid for it.
