This new update just came out today and it completely reset everything back as if it was new. My 5 year old has been LOVING this game and is currently devastated that he has lost all his badges and cards. Not good Disney.

This app is cute, but the games are too hard and not rewarding enough to buy the full app. Fix then we will buy. Thank you.

They must have finally fixed it because it finally allowed me to download all the material I paid for! Its about time!

My son likes to play the games, but the sound does not work. I see that it’s a problem with this app, and the other Planes app. I am on an iPad mini, but that should not matter. It would be great if Disney could update this app. I purchased the full in-app experience, and it still didn’t work.

My grandson loves Planes, and this $4.99 add on does not download. Waste of money and grandson cant play with full game. FIX IT NOW! Refund my purchase price and Ill go buy him something that DOES WORK!!!! No stars are given for something that fails, but this requires you give at least one......ripped off twice.

The app cannot be fully upgraded. It stops downloading at 90% complete.

Purchased the full version but wont download properly. My son is very disappointed! Please fix this ASAP!

My 4 year old son loves this and the movie but there seems to be a glitch. We keep winning badges but then they wont accumulate in our basket, so we cant open new levels with them. Anyone else have this problem?

Paid the $4.99.... Tried downloading multiple times... Deleted tried again, wont finish download, very frustrating for my 3 year old and a waste of $$

Id really like my son to play FULL VERSION...What the hell disney???? paid $5 version and it Froze and cant do anything about it. Waiting still & cant play it offline or even at all, since it wont even open!! REFUND PLEASE!!!!!!!!! What a joke

Paid full price and Grandson can only play about half of it, due to the fact you can t get to it. Doesnt have all that was shown in add. What a rip off!

Disney how much does this app cost

I Buy the full app content but after a 100% download everytime i try to access the new content keeps going back to 90% and when reach the 100% it take me to the main menu. Please fix this or give me a refund

I paid to upgrade this app on my iPad and the upgrades dont show up on my phone. Not a chance Im about to pay for this twice. This is an issue that really needs to get fixed.

Bought the entire book but it doesnt want to unlock/download the rest.

My four year old spent his treat money from grandma on this app. It downloaded to 90% and will not finish. It unlocked the puzzles and stickers, but will not complete the story. He is begging me to fix it and I cannot. I have been trying for a WEEK to download it. This is the second Disney storybook app that I have lost money on that will not load a story past 90%. It would be a five star rating if I didnt have the feeling that I have been ripped off!

We bought the app and it only lets us do the first 3 levels! Why cant I play the other levels. I try downloading them and it says try again. I have tried numerous times and still nothing. Please can you help me.

This app doesnt want to delete off my apps. Ive tried everything possible to get it off my screen. My child only used it once.

My son loves Planes Fire and Rescue, so I decided to pony up the $5 to buy all the in app options. We were going to on a long plane ride and I thought this would be a great surprise for him. I tried downloading it at home, and it kept getting stuck at 50% downloaded. When we got to the hotel, later that night, I could only get it to 45% download. On the plane ride, he was sad that he could only listen to the first 3 chapters of the story, but was luckily distracted by apps that I was able to download. Once we got to our destination, I tried to download it one last time, and it wouldnt get past 50%. I contacted Apple and was given a refund. I expected much more from a Disney app. Thank you Apple for the awesome customer service :)
